National Astronomy and Science Olympiad (NASO) Level - II Online Exam was

successfully conducted on 13th

of February, 2020 in CMCL Vidya Bharati School

from 9 am to 10 am, under the supervision of Mr. Damanbha Synrem and Mr.Mantun

Kumar Singh. The four participants were-

Umme Kulsum - Class VII

Nilesh Pal - Class VII

Khushi Sharma - Class VII

The Result will be declared on the 10th

CMCL Vidya Bharati School had organized India's biggest

National Level Essay/Drawing Competition in association with Franciscan and MHRD

(Govt. of India). 171 students from Class III - IX had enthusiastically participated

with Primary, Junior and Sub-Junior categories along with their

creativity on the subject "SAVE WATER, SAVE LIFE".

EHS department of Star Cement Limited had organized “Poster and Slogan

Writing Competition” on account of 49th

National Safety Week on 18.02.2020

More than 100 students took part in this event in both Junior and Senior categories

and made the event successful.

CMCL VIDYA BHARATI SCHOOL participated in Mind Wars- India’s largest

knowledge programme jointly conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited

and Xpress Minds Edutainment Pvt. Ltd.

Mind Wars is a knowledge platform available on the Zee 5 app for school

students studying in Classes 6 - 10, with short fun quizzes on hundreds of topics that

challenge and entertain. The competition was conducted under the guidance of

Mrs. Shubhangi Shandilya.

Participation in Mind Wars not only allows students to test themselves on their curriculum,

but also gives them access to the best general knowledge and current affairs content-

curated by National level Authors and Quizmasters- Seema Chari and Kunal Savarkar.

Our school students from Classes VI to IX enrolled themselves with MINDWARS through

Email ID’S and started learning with fun.

We are proud to announce that ARTH KESHAV of Class VII is the student who won in

DAILY QUIZ.

PTM for the month of February was held on 29th

February, 2020.

Parents of students from Nursery to XI met the concerned Teachers to get clarity on

the performance of their wards. Around 350 parents turned up for the PTM. The

rules, guidelines, syllabus, preparation and promotion policy for the upcoming

Evaluation-III and Term-II Examination was discussed and shared with the parents.

Students were counseled in the presence of their parents to develop regular study.

BookBox, Bookosmia, Kalpavriksh, BaalGatha, and many more. They are also in

research partnership for impact evaluation with the Human Centered AI Division at

Stanford University, California (Prof. Susan Athey) and Indian Institute of

Management, Calcutta (Prof. Aditi Bhutoria).

Loved by over 50,000 parents and children across India, fREADom has won many

accolades including the Best Technological Solution for Early Childhood Education by

EdTech Review in February 2019, Best Startup-Innovation by CL Educate in January

2019, and won first place at GMC Calibrator for EdTech Startups in December 2018.

Reading with understanding helps to understand the context as well as enrich the

vocabulary. To enhance such skills, our school had participated in Reading Test.

Students from Nursery to class IV have participated in Reading Championship. The

result was appreciable.

presented an English Poem entitled

The Song of Rain. She explained the

beauty of the poem like its rhyme,

rhythm, uses of Figures of Speech,
