We’re looking for an organized, dedicated secretary to join the Project Eight Board. The secretary will be re-sponsible for knowing everything that’s going on with Project Eight and have the ability to communicate with all the subgroups.

Chronicle needs a few more editors to make it the best it can be. Editors of Chronicle get their hands messy with editing pictures, chosing layouts, and coming up with engaging material. Ever wanted to be a part of a gor-geous magazine? Here’s your chance.

We’re looking for talented, passionate designers to blow the mind of CSBSJU as a whole using our website. Com-bine your passion for communication and design here with a sense of artistic freedom as you design stunning, visual effective webpages as a part of the web team.

Help us communicate with the campus. The Public Rela-tions Officer will work with the Public Relations Director and help communicate Project Eight’s vision using so-cial media and advertising campaigns.

Project Eight is currently focusing its efforts into producing a regular news program to utilize its fantas-tic new toys.

This musical by Molly Newman and Barbara Damashek is in celebration of the CSB centennial. Through music and a series of interrelated scenes, it tells the story of plains pioneer women in the 1800’s and early 1900‘s. It cel-ebrates both the triumphs and simple joys of the brave women who shaped the west. The interrelated scenes piece together to form “the quilt” that was these women’s lives. Performances are March 7-9 (that’s this week) and the 14-16 at 7:30pm with a matinee on Sunday, March 10 at 2 pm in the Gorecki Theater. Tickets are available at the box office for $7, and it’s FAE approved.

Presented in workshop form, this pro-duction of Franz Kafka’s famous story is designed by the student cast and crew under the direction of Depart-ment of Theater faculty member, Mark Hennigs. It tells the story of Gregor Samsa, who’s life and that of his fam-ily’s is tragically altered the day he is transformed into an insect. The work-shop style has made it a true student effort with the cast helping design the play from the start and lighting design done as a final for the theater depart-ment’s Lighting and Sound Design class. Performances run April 18th - 20th at 7:30 in the Colman Theater. It’s free and FAE approved, but no tickets will be sold prior to the show, so au-dience members will be seated on a first come first serve basis, with limited seating available.

An original dance concert choreographed by Leigh Dillard, Dissipative Structures explores the complexity of human relationships. The concert focuses on how patterns can be broken down and reform more complex. Dissipative Struc-tures is the story of how, to sustain in a world of finite resources, we must rely on each other. To emphasize this sense of community, students dancing in the show helped choreographed the routines, and CSB/SJU dance clubs have been in-vited to join the performance. Performances are on May 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at 7:30 in the Colman Theater. Tickets are sold at the box office for $7,

and it is FAE approved.
