OVERVIEW

The proposed development land description Portion 459 Vlakfontein 30-IR, to be known as GlenGory Node comprising of Valkhoogte Ext 13 & Valkhoogte Ext 20. The proposed land covers 37,

40 hectares of virgin land as highlighted in the layout map.

The site is located superbly in terms of visibility and access. The site lies directly adjacent to theKopanong Hotel and Conference Centre in the northern suburbs of Benoni. The development

will adjoin the K109 and the K68 highways and the existing Glen Gory road.

We are establishing a new upmarket Mixed-Use Urban Precinct incorporating a Super RegionalMall scheduled for dynamic Benoni in the East Rand, Ekurhuleni. Ekurhuleni is the fastest

growing metropolitan node in Africa and 15 000 houses are to be built within 5 - 10 km radiusof the new centre. In tandem with the Super Regional Mall we will be establishing a Lifestyle

Mall as well as a Value Mart Mall.

Earthworks will commence in last quarter 2012. Construction to commence in the early 2013.and phase 1 is scheduled for market entry during the first quarter 2016.
