    Warm vent air is discharged from the oil cooler, after cooler and canopy. The airend via the air filter draws in cool ambient air from its own spearate inlet. Thus moderating operating temperature which in turn improves specific power consumption and component longevity which again in turn has a positive effect on longer term maintenance costs.

    A radial fan is much quieter than other designs. Also consuming less power for an equivalent volume flow which is delivered at a higher delta p, so ensuring a smooth flow of warm ventilation air to the outlet duct. Increased reliability with a cooler operating temperature.

    At oil change a setting allows the compressor to maintain an overpressure which is utilised to quickly discharge old oil and clear the internals. So little residue oil remains to contaminate the new clean oil that older designs suffered from. This action prolongs oil life, saves maintenance time, reduces wear and longedr term costs.

  • Oversized airends provide lower rotor rotation speed and naturally the bearings run slower, enabling a lower oil operating temperature, better head transfer and increased bearing life respectively.
