During the car buying process when do the customers come see you?

When they are ready to purchase a car, after all the paperwork is signed sealed and delivered it comes to me and then I go out and talk to the customer and we complete the paper work.

What type of products do you offer to our customers?

Financing, service contracts, gap insurance, three for one which is our tire, door ding, windshield, pre-paid maintenance, and lost key.

What is a typical work day for you?

Nonstop running around, Phone calls, emails. At work from 8:20am – 8:30-9pm sometimes.

How do you exceed customers expectations during the F&I process?

Time, consideration, empathize.

What do you want other H&H Associates to know all that goes into F&I?

A lot of our associates have bought a vehicle from us, so they kind of understand. We have had some sales people sit in to see from start to finish. And if anyone has any questions, that’s fine. They can see what’s actually going on, It’s not just me sitting in here twiddling my thumbs, there is a lot of details that goes into it.

Thank you for hosting a blood drive. Your willingness to open your doors and recruit blood donors is vital to the lives of the patients that we serve. Your support and generosity helps to ensure blood needs are met locally. And, once that is done, assists the Red Cross in ensuring blood is available when and where it is needed the most – the ongoing fulfillment of our mission depends on you!

We couldn’t do what we do without you! Your commitment and time invested into the blood drive has given a hospital patient another chance at life. The patients we serve, and their friends and family thank you.

Below are your results from the 3-day blood drive:Your drive registered 62 donors and collected 46 pints of blood.you and your donors potentially saved 138 lives!

Your blood drive held in March is now on its way to helping hospital patients at the below hospitals.You and your team should be proud!
