Challenge

This leading provider of integrated financial services is a top bank in Australia and in the top 40 banks globally. With more than 40,000 employees, their focus is on delivering economic and market insights, offering retail, premium and institutional banking, funds management, insurance and other investment products and services.



Challenge

They wanted to increase their offerings of products and services through a CRM platform in the cloud. As part of this program, they also wanted to deploy powerful and convenient communication tools for exchanging information and documents to over 30,000 users. They chose Salesforce and Salesforce Chatter as the cloud platform on which to launch their initiative. They then set about finding the right solution to secure their data in the cloud in accordance with several international compliance regulations.



Requirement
