• How Does this Advert Sell the Product?: It has a famous singer in it and it shows that the deodorant works because she is moving around a lot and dancing with her arms up but she has no sweat marks and she is still looking and smelling fresh.

• How Does this Advert Sell the Product?: It shows the woman working hard and moving around from day to night yet she still isn’t sweaty so it is conveying that the deodorant works all day and night.

Right Guard- 24 Hour Man Deodorant Advert

• Product Brand: Right Guard

• Style of Advert: Realist

• Target Audience: Male

• How Does this Advert Sell the Product?: It shows in the advert that the man is running for his train to work, then he is moving around a lot at work, then he does some exercise and then lastly he is at a club and he is holding a girl in his arms. It is conveying that this deodorant works 24 hours no matter how much you are moving about. The slogan says ‘a 24 hour man needs a 24 hour deodorant’ this means that if you are a man that works hard and goes out a lot then all you need is to spray this deodorant in the morning to feel fresh all day without sweating.

• Typical Conventions:• The man is always moving around and doing things that will normally make you sweat.• The man moving or putting his arm around a girl and you can his underarm.• He is wearing a light coloured shirt but when he puts his underarms up there is no dark

patch.
