People & foodPeople eat different food, everyone chooses his own meal, based on his health, preference and taste. But we should remember that not all food is health-giving.

Unhealthy foodPeople who eat unhealthy food are in danger. Firstly, this food is digested poorly and prevents internal organs from working properly. And as a result, unbalanced, fat, junk and fast food leads to diseases.

DietSecondly, we should also limit sweets, food rich in caloriesand heavy food, because most people have inactive lifestyle and have no enough time and physical activity to spend all the calories and as a result they are overweight.
