What we do

For over 30 years, kubik has developed environments and experiential marketing for leading brands around the world.

Why we do it

To create the most extraordinary experiences in the world.

DESIGN

Our designers excel at creating experiential spaces – right from the conceptual stage to full computer generated environments. We’re always watching trends and staying current on new technologies and materials, to bring you the most extraordinary environmental experiences.

Our creative staff includes Industrial designers whose job it is to transform your marketing campaign into a three-dimensional face-to-face experience. Good design gets noticed, saves money and translates into stronger leads for our clients.

ENGINEERING

From small exhibit kiosks to multi-million dollar museums, everything we design and build at kubik is engineered and drafted through our detailing department. Our CAD detailers work closely with our production team, designers and project managers to ensure the product you see on paper is what you get on the show floor. Our production experts are skilled at devising the most efficient use of materials and construction methods to ensure a smooth transition to our manufacturing facilities.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & PRODUCTION

At kubik we have demonstrated proficiency in understanding and interpreting our clients’ brands. Our graphic artists can step in at any point in the process. Whether our clients need us to work with their existing agency, modify artwork, or do it all from scratch, we have full in-house capabilities to design and produce all graphics for our tradeshow exhibits, events, interiors and museums.

INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Our interactive design offering includes strategy, content development, user experience design, graphic design, programming, implementation and installation, client training, and onsite technical support.

When working with our clients to develop interactive solutions for their environments, our goal is to understand the objective, the end user and the results our client is looking for.

MANUFACTURING

We strive to maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and employ master craftsmen. Our finishing regarded as a cut above, and our repertoire of materials and processes is expansive. From wood, laminate and paint, to aluminum, fabric and fiberglass, we draw on a variety of methods including a complete program of environmentally friendly options. Our years of skill and experience can transform any conceivable idea into reality.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The role of kubik’s Project Manager is imperative to the successful execution of every project. Budget development, quality assurance and production status updates, are just some of the responsibilities our PM team is tasked with.

Paramount to all of this is open, timely, effective communication with our client, throughout every phase of the project, ensuring that their needs are always met, and exceeding expectations.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTSuccessful Account Management requires that every project step and every detail, every decision must be conceived with care, executed with efficiency, and communicated with swift precision. Our approach and the tools we use allow comprehensive tracking, reporting and control of all success factors.

Account Managers focus on the event execution and managing the interplay between the different event disciplines. The AM is adept at cultivating a creative team atmosphere and will be successful in building synergy between their client and the kubik Account Team. The AM will lead the Account Team by establishing and continually improving standards to ensure a high quality and consistent customer experience.

INSTALLATION & DISMANTLE SERVICES

Our lead installers are trained to manage large crews under difficult deadlines and have worked on six continents. We provide all site equipment and schedules down to the last detail. We have access to worldwide resources for subcontracting labor and show services. kubik job sites are easy to distinguish… always organized, efficient and on schedule.

WAREHOUSING

kubik offers over 200,000 square feet of climate controlled warehouse space complete with full on-site logistics management across the globe. Our warehouses in Toronto, New Jersey, Maryland, Edmonton, Las Vegas and Amsterdam are positioned to service your needs wherever you are. We only partner with logistic companies that provide direct shipments, handle tight turnarounds and enable up-to-the-minute tracking.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

kubik hosts our Inventory Management System (IMS) on ExhibitForce. This comprehensive project management tool is designed with the Exhibit Industry in mind. ExhibitForce offers a tool that answers the daily challenges of tracking and managing work flow without forcing a whole new set of rules on any existing work flow.

This powerful web-based exhibit and event application offers centralized management of assets and streamlined work processes coupled with interaction anytime, anywhere, all in a secure environment.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

This is something we take very seriously. It’s in our DNA to do whatever we can: to give back to our community, to create less waste and to use less energy.

We choose recycled, recyclable and low VOC materials whenever possible and we employ processes that eliminate waste by turning fabrication waste into reusable materials.

• Our sawdust and wood scraps are ground and recycled into medium-density fiber board—then used again in our shop. This is a continuous process we like to call “tree farm-to-table saw.”

• Extra paint is run through specialized machines that separates the pigment from the thinner, leaving just a hockey-puck of solid pigment. The thinner is reused in the paint shop again…and again…and again.

• Waste aluminum and other metals are re-milled and reused.

• Scrap and used carpet becomes padding inside crates.

• We recycle paper, glass and plastic.
