Background Situation

Many people cant find a parking spot as each one is full therefore they may be running

late for something. Also some people may not be able to park

properly.

Problem

The key question our team is trying to answer is:

“How can we find a parking space and

how do I park properly ?”

It may have also have a map which you can use not only for parking spots.

Key insight statements

“Our team,H.Y.l, is developing a mobile app to help drivers who have a problem with finding

parking spaces or even parking. Our app helps you with this problem.”

Mini Elevator Pitch

After analysing the results of the surveys we sent out to potential users, we found the following:

61% would use our app.

100% have a car 50% problems with parking

Fortunately we don’t have any competitors as no one thought of this app .

Data: This app needs gps and internet to be used which would be easy to get. Technical Feasibility: This app should take about 3

months to make as we need to ask other people map and gps.

The drivers would pay for this and parents.

Business model choice: Many people would buy this app

we would at first make it for £1 and then if it goes well free.

Our team will use the following three main marketting strategies to reach our specific users:

1. Advertising on social media e.g. Facebook and Twitter.

2. Google 3. Buildboards .

We got good feedback from drivers and other students which though there parents or drivers would buy this app. Post people would buy our app.
