EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A total of 845 students graduated from The University of Tulsa between August 2014 and May 2015. The Office of Career Services acquired first-destination career outcomes for 821 (97%) of the students. Our knowledge indicated that 522 (64%) of the students had accepted employment, 201 (25%) were continuing their education, 53 (6%) were still seeking employment and 45 (5%) would be taking time off and would not be continuing education or seeking employment.
Of the 776 students who were seeking employment or continuing education, 7% were still seeking employment six months after graduation, resulting in a 93% career outcome rate for 2014 - 2015.
Of the 575 students who were seeking employment, 91% were employed and 9% were still seeking employment six months after graduation. This compares to the 2013 - 2014 report which indicated 93% were employed and 7% were still seeking employment six months after graduation.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY, CONTINUED
Overall employer activity remained steady in 2014 - 2015. A total of 708 employers posted 1,945 jobs on the TU Career Services’ Golden OpporTUnities job board. In 2014 - 2015, 75 employers conducted on-campus interviews to fill 248 positions. Major employers recruiting included such companies as Phillips 66, ONEOK, Bank of Oklahoma, Schlumberger, ConocoPhillips, Baker Hughes, Williams, and many others. See page 5 for a complete list of employers.
The University of Tulsa has maintained steady relationships with major companies both locally and nationally. A total of 199 companies participated in the 2014 - 2015 recruiting process by interviewing on-campus and/or attending at least one of five job fairs hosted by Career Services.

A total of 96 companies recruited on - campus for Arts & Sciences majors in the 2014 - 2015 reporting year by conducting on - campus interviews and/or attending at least one of five job fairs hosted by Career Services. Fifteen (15) companies conducted on-campus interviews and 86 companies hired Henry Kendall College of Arts and Sciences graduates.

Collins College of Business (2014 - 2015) Executive Summary
A total of 247 students graduated from the Collins College of Business between August 2014 and May 2015. The Office of Career Services acquired first-destination career outcomes for 96% of the students. Our knowledge indicated that 164 (69%) of graduates had accepted employment, 42 (18%) were continuing their education, 10 (4%) would be taking time off, would not be continuing education or seeking employment, and 21 (9%) were still seeking employment six months after graduation.
Of the 185 students who were seeking employment or continuing education, 11% were still seeking employment six months after graduation, resulting in an 89% career outcome rate for 2014 - 2015. Of those seeking employment, 89% were employed and 11% were still seeking employment six months after graduation. This compares to the 2013 - 2014 report which indicated 95% were employed and 5% were still seeking six months after graduation.
A total of 161 companies recruited on - campus for Business majors in the 2014 - 2015 reporting year by conducting on-campus interviews and/or attending at least one of five job fairs hosted by Career Services. Fifty-seven (57) companies conducted on-campus interviews and 122 companies hired Collins College of Business graduates.

College of Engineering & Natural Sciences (2014 - 2015) Executive Summary
A total of 333 students graduated from the College of Engineering & Natural Sciences between August 2014 and May 2015. The Office of Career Services acquired first-destination career outcomes for 325 (98%) of the students. Our knowledge indicated that 200 (61%) of students had accepted employment, 80 (25%) were continuing their education, 28 (9%) were still seeking employment six months after graduation, and 17 (5%) would be taking time off and would not be continuing education or seeking employment.
Of the 308 students who were seeking employment or continuing education, 9% were still seeking employment six months after graduation, resulting in a 91% career outcome rate for 2014 - 2015. Of those seeking employment, 88% were employed and 12% were still seeking employment six months after graduation. This compares to the 2013 - 2014 report which indicated 94% were employed and 6% were still seeking six months after graduation.
A total of 129 companies recruited on - campus for Engineering & Natural Science majors in the 2014 - 2015 reporting year by conducting on - campus interviews and/or attending at least one of five job fairs hosted by Career Services. Fifty - one (51) companies conducted on-campus interviews and 123 companies hired the College of Engineering & Natural Sciences graduates.

Oxley College of Health Sciences (2014 - 2015) Executive Summary
A total of 91 students graduated from the Oxley College of Health Sciences between August 2014 and May 2015. The Office of Career Services acquired first-destination career outcomes for 100% of the students. Our knowledge indicated that 50 (54%) of graduates had accepted employment, 35 (38%) were continuing their education, 6 (7%) would be taking time off and would not be continuing education or seeking employment, and 1 (1%) was still seeking employment six months after graduation.
Of the 85 students who were seeking employment or continuing education, 1% was still seeking employment six months after graduation, resulting in a 99% career outcome rate for 2014 - 2015. Of those seeking employment, 98% were employed and 2% were still seeking employment six months after graduation. This compares to the 2013 - 2014 report which indicated 92% were employed and 8% were still seeking six months after graduation.
A total of 20 companies recruited on-campus for Health Sciences majors in the 2014 - 2015 reporting year by conducting on-campus interviews and/or attending at least one of five job fairs hosted by Career Services. Twenty-seven (27) companies hired Oxley College of Health Sciences’ graduates.
