Major points of Alphacom E VOIP

VoIP takes place between the exchanges over a LAN or WAN without any external hardware.

VoIP from the head end to the IP stations also requires no additional or external hardware to place everything on a network.  Simple industry standard CAT5 connections on the backplane as well as the station is all that is necessary.

The system is backwards compatible. Slide out the AMC board and replace it with the AMC VoIP board and all existing features are in place and ready for expansion using VoIP technology.

There are a wide range of VoIP substations available, none of which require additional hardware in the central exchange or outside boxes, and all of which include POE or local power and pass-through capability.

Virtual master is placed on the PC or GUI to the AlphaCom E via VoIP.

SIP interoperability with other VoIP telephony and SIP products is achieved

IP stations do not require a subscriber board, just software.
