• CreatesopportunityforsigningupofMoUsandAcademicChairsbeingontheanvilatthebehestofMinistryofAYUSH,GovernmentofIndia.

InCharakaSamhita,thesagephysician,CharakailluminatesthatAyurveda,theKnowledgeof Life shall never attain finality. He advises that therefore, humility and conscientiousendeavor should characterize its approach to knowledge. He upholds that the entireworld consists of teachers for thewise and therefore, knowledge, conducive to health,longevity,fameandexcellence,comingevenfromanunfamiliarsource,shouldbereceived,assimilated and utilizedwith earnestness.With this philosophy of relentless reinventioningrained,Ayurvedahasrejuvenateditself,severaltimesoverduringits5000yearhistory,tokeep-upwithadvancesinhumanknowledgeandabreastwithchangingsocialnecessities,thoughneverdigressing from itscorephilosophiesofPanchamahabhootasiddhantaandTridoshavichar.
Yet another time has come, another dawn and another era,when humans fly tomoonand strive to find the God particle, when genes are cut and pasted so that bacteriaproducehumanhormones,whenbrain implantsofsilicondriveacarontheroad,whenthe relevanceof thetime tested knowledge is againquestioned,bya societyblinded inthe brightness of material science. Yet another time has come, for us to contemplate,reinvent and revitalize the Knowledge of Life. This time, it also needs to rejuvenate theenvironment,sothatitcanflourishagainandbestowgreatergoodforLife.Itisahumongoustask. From the congregation of intelligentminds andtimelesswisdom at the 7thWorldAyurveda Congress,we hope, shall evolve the nidus, for such a renaissancemovement,whichshallformawavethatsweepsandunifiesthefarcornersofhumanknowledgeandsocial intelligence and create yet another glorious age for Ayurveda and human health.
Time has come for us to ‘Strengthen the Ayurveda Ecosystem’ the world over.
