    From the Urban Legend - Turquoise (B), cut:• (2) 2 ¼” x 38” WOF strips. • (2) 2 ¼” x 26 ½” WOF strips. • (1) 2” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (12) 2” x 3 ½” strips.

    From the Geckos - Terra (C), cut:• (1) 3 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (4) 3 ½” squares. From the Kokopelli - Gray (D), cut:• (1) 3 ½” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (10) 3 ½” squares.

    From the Urban Legend - Chocolate (I), cut:• (3) 1 ¾” x WOF strips. Sew the strips together end to end with diagonal seams and cut (2) 1 ¾” x 45 ½” strips.• (2) 1 ¾” x 33” WOF strips.

    From the Urban Legend - Terra (J), cut:• (1) 2” x WOF strip. Sub-cut (8) 2” x 3 ½” strips.• (6) 2 ½” x WOF strips for the binding.

    From the Stripe - Fawn (K), fussy cut:• (2) 5 ½” x 58” Length of Fabric (LOF) strips, centered on (1) broad stripe and (1) narrow stripe.• (2) 5 ½” x 33” LOF strips, centered on (1) broad stripe and (1) narrow stripe.

    From the Pottery - Terra (Backing), cut:• (2) 66” x WOF strips for the backing. Sew the strips together and trim to make the 51” x 66” back.

    Block Assembly (Pay attention to the unit orientations when assembling the various components.)1. Sew (1) 2 ¼” x 38” Fabric B strip to each side of the 23” x 38” Fabric A strip. Sew (1) 2 ¼” x 26 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and to the bottom of the Fabric A strip. Trim the block to measure 24 ½” x 39 ½” to make the Center Block (Fig. 1).

    2. Place (1) 2” Fabric H square on the left side of (1) 2” x 3 ½” Fabric F strip, right sides together (Fig. 2). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 2). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance. Flip open the triangle formed and press (Fig. 3).

    3. Place another 2” Fabric H square on the right side of the 2” x 3 ½” Fabric F strip, right sides together (Fig. 4). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper left corner to the lower right corner (Fig. 4). Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance. Flip open the triangle formed and press to make (1) Unit 1 strip (Fig. 5).

    4. Repeat Steps 2-3 to make (12) Unit 1 strips total.

    Quilt Top Assembly (Follow the Quilt Layout while assembling the quilt top.)10. Sew the Side, Top and Bottom Borders to the Center Block.

    11. Sew (1) 1 ¾” x 45 ½” Fabric I strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ¾” x 33” Fabric I strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block.

    12. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 33” Fabric K strip to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 58” Fabric K strip to each side of the Center Block to make the quilt top.

    13. Layer and quilt as desired.

    14. Sew the (6) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric J strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

    15. Bind as desired.

    5. Repeat Steps 2-3 and refer to Figures 6-8 for fabric identification, placement and seam direction to make (20) Unit 2 strips, (12) Unit 3 strips and (8) Unit 4 strips.

    6. Sew (1) Unit 1 strip, (1) Unit 2 strip and (1) Unit 3 strip together lengthwise and in that order to make (1) Unit 5 rectangle (Fig. 9). Repeat to make (12) Unit 5 rectangles total.

    8. Follow Figure 11 and sew together (4) Unit 5 rectangles, (3) 3 ½” Fabric D squares, (2) 3 ½” Fabric E squares and (2) Unit 6 squares to make (1) Side Border. Repeat to make a second Side Border.

    9. Refer to Figure 12 below and sew together (2) 3 ½” Fabric C squares, (2) Unit 5 rectangles, (2) 3 ½” Fabric D squares, (2) Unit 6 squares and (1) 3 ½” Fabric E square to make the Top Border. Repeat to make the Bottom Border.

    7. Sew (1) Unit 4 strip to the left side of (1) Unit 2 strip to make (1) Unit 6 square (Fig. 10). Repeat to make (8) Unit 6 squares total.
