Assist bride, group, family, and bridal party so you can relax and enjoy your day!

A knowledgable coordinator to ensure that your wedding day goes as smoothly as possible

A detailed timeline for the rehearsal and the day of your event, ensuring everything stays on time

A kit with small emergency items is provided on site

The coordinator will be present for your one-hour rehearsal at The Booking House as well as the length of your five-hour event

The coordinator will be a liaison between you and your vendors the day of your event

The coordinator will read through your vendor contracts to ensure that all standards are followed throughout your event

The coordinator will oversee set up and clean up of small decor

cost: $1,000

The coordinator is available for 9 hours on your wedding day. Additional hours will be charged at the rate of $100 per hour.
