TIPS ON HOW TO PRACTICE FAIRNESS

Ø  Fairness begets fairness. Which means, if you want to be treated fairly, and then treat everyone fairly as you wish they would treat you?

Ø  Be consistent. There are rules in every organization. Make sure to follow the rules and apply them equally to everyone as well as to yourself.

Ø  Honesty is the best policy.Be honest to everyone and to yourself. Tell everyone why this does happen so that they would be able to understand. Tell them why this situation occurs, why this decision does was made. When they would be able to understand every situation, then it would increase cooperation.

Ø  Modify Rules. There are some rules that are not applicable to certain situations or sometimes they make something unfair. You have to modify the rules. Make sure that the reason you change it is for everyone, and to increase fairness but not anything else.
