DESCRIPTION
On Friday, February 22, 2013 at 1PM, I was driving on I-91 South crossing from Massachusetts to Connecticut. A container truck front of me lost a stone that hit the windshield of the car (2012 Honda Civic). The truck & Civic were in the center lane. I was driving the Civic. Pictures are enclosed The damage is small, but with the yearly Massachusetts Inspection coming up in April 2013, I thought it best to run this by the Insurance Company to get a better understanding of what is best for this leased 2012 Honda Civic.TRANSCRIPT

The damage is small, but with the yearly Massachusetts Inspection coming up in April 2013, I thought it best to run this by the Insurance Company to get a better understanding of what is best for this leased 2012 Honda Civic.
The incident occurred on I-91 South crossing from the Massachusetts border to the Connecticut Border.
A stone came from a truck and hit the windshield of the Honda Civic. It is a very small chip with few tiny spider cracks.

This is not the picture of the truck. This picture in intended to show the size of the truck and how the container was carried. The container was not on a separate trailer. Cab was gray and container was red.

The yearly Massachusetts Inspection is due at the end of April 2013.
The spider cracks may spread due to normal vibration
This may not pass Massachusetts inspection.
The 2012 Honda Civic is a leased vehicle and this damage may not be accepted.
