New families in the area, and High School Graduates should �

register at the Parish Office and become active members of the �

BAPTISM�

Parents are to call the Parish Office at least 60 days in advance to

arrange an appointment for Baptismal preparations.�

Contact the pastor for an initial interview as soon as an �

engagement takes place; at a minimum of six months prior to the �

wedding.�

ANOINTING OF THE SICK�

Notify the parish office if a member of your family is seriously ill

at home and is in need of the Sacrament.�

Special Collection Next Weekend�

Next weekend we will have our annual special

collection for World Mission Sunday.�

World Mission Sunday joins all Catholics of the

world into one community of faith. At Mass, we

recommit ourselves to be missionaries, through

prayer, participation in the Eucharist, and by �

giving generously to the World Missions. In this

bulletin, you will find information and an �

envelope for your contribution. Thank you once

again for your continued generosity!�

St. Benedict Finance Council Meeting�

We will meet on Tuesday, October 19th at

4:00PM in the Gathering Room.�

Faith Formation Fundraiser Helpers �

It’s that time of year again! Our Fall Faith

Formation Fundraiser is just around the �

corner. We will be looking for helpers to cut

up vegetables and de�bone meat on Saturday,

October 30th starting at 8:30AM. We greatly

appreciate any help! More hands make lighter

October�The Month of the Rosary�

During the month of October, at our

parishes, the rosary will be prayed on

the weekends,30 minutes before each

weekend Mass. The rosary is also

prayed after each 8:00am morning

weekday Mass at St. Benedict.�

KC Membership Drive�

Members of the Knights of Columbus will be

at St. Pius Parish the weekend of �

October 16th and 17th. Our members will

answer any questions you may have about the

Knights of Columbus. We will answer any

questions you may have after the Mass. Our

Knights of Columbus men meet each month

on the third Thursday at 7PM in the �

St. Benedict Lower Hall.�
