Welcome to Term 3, Week 10 Last Friday we held our end of term assembly. Congratulations to our award winners. Our class items were well received and very enjoyable. Well done to all of our students for a successful term 3. Keep up the great work!
Our visit to Altina Wildlife Park was a fantastic experience. We all enjoyed our horse-drawn guided tour around the zoo which allowed us a close-up encounter with many animals from other continents. They were very impressive! Thank you to the P & C for funding this excursion.
Nell and the children planted corn in the garden last Friday, in preparation for the return of our gardening program next term. I’m sure the students will be excited to see how much their corn seed grows over the holidays.
On Friday our students will be travelling to Wyalong Public School to take part in an Emergency Services Day. Students will travel by bus leaving school at 9:20 and returning in time to catch the normal school buses home.
Congratulations to Josh Hooper who is our Citizen of the Week. Josh is an enthusiastic student who is polite and respectful. Josh takes responsibility for his learning and is always prepared to help others. Keep up the great work, Josh!
Have a lovely holiday.

More details to come
On Friday 1st November, we have an excursion to Lake Cargelligo. As we will need to leave and return outside of school hours, using Tallimba Bus Service is not an option. West Wyalong Community Transport have offered us a bus, free of charge, however, it won’t fit everyone in. If you would like to come along to the NAIDOC celebrations, and are able to transport students,
please let Di know ASAP so that arrangements can be made.
Ready to help Nell plant some corn in our garden!

JUMP ROPE FOR HEART Over Term 3, we have been practicing our skipping skills and learning some
fun games using our skipping ropes. On Friday, we had a fabulous afternoon of skipping, games and dancing, despite the heat and flies.
