INSTRUCTIONS 1. Choose an Angel or 2 (each child has 2
angels on the tree) Write your name and
Letter/Number of child on the sheet on the
stand next to the tree.
2. On the back of each Angel is a Family #,
gender, age, sizes, special needs and a special
request of child.
3. We ask that the special need request is
purchased, and if possible, purchase the
special request. (you might want to include a gift
receipt in case the wrong size is purchased)
4. Wrap the gift, PLACE THE ANGEL BACK
ON THE GIFT, and return to the Angel Tree
by Wed., Dec. 18. The Angel is the ONLY
way we have to track who the gift belongs to.
If you purchase more than one gift, you may
want to write the Family # on the package.

Gifts are to be delivered between the 20th
and 21st. If you would like to deliver
gifts to one or more of the families,
please call Giovonnia or Caryn in the
