Help decorate the cross on our front lawn with flowers for Easter. Come to the church's drive-up entry on Saturday evening April 4 from 6:00pm-8:00pm with your flowers (fresh or artificial). Help will be there to place them. This is in addition to the flowers donated for the altar.

The Grace Choir would like to invite anyone in the congregation to join us in singing the Hallelujah Chorus at the 6:00am & 8:00am Easter Services. Practice date is March 31. Contact Bill Cahill; 262-251-0670 or email [email protected]. Join us!

Grace will be serving a continental-style breakfast Easter Sunday in the Commons from 7:00am—8:00am. A free-will offering will be collected to off-set the cost.

Private prayer time is available in the back of the sanctuary during communion services. Prayer warriors will also come upon request, to anyone who is not able to walk to the back. All shared will be held in confidence.

Acts of Grace will hold a Fish Fry on Friday, April 17 from 4:30pm—7:00pm at the Kenwood Campus, featuring Schwai’s famous Fish Fry. Volunteers are greatly needed to make this a success. Contact Sara Lueck at 262-628-7769.

ACTS of Grace committee wants to extend our appreciation to all who unselfishly gave of their time and treasure to help make the fundraisers for Kent and Donna Hein a huge success! Approximately $12,000 was raised! Thanks also to Thrivent for Team Projects funding.

The Menomonee Falls Food Pantry wants to THANK YOU, very much for the contribution from the Advent Conspiracy offering. In 2014 The Food Pantry served 665 households with donations of $8,617.13 and 252,781 pounds of fresh produce, including vegetables from Grace's Giving Garden. Disaster Relief Team: We are creating a map of congregation members for disaster relief planning in the event of an emergency. We would like to know the names of anyone with special needs and of the elderly. Help putting together the map would also be appreciated. Contact Dan Lulloff at 262-251-3599.

The Manna Committee welcomes the donation of non-perishable food items and other household items. Currently we are in great need of canned fruit, jams/jellies, and Ramen noodles. Please drop off in bin adjacent to the church commons. For large donations, contact Arlene Dassow at 414-466-8797.

The Economy Center Thrift Store, 7814 W. Burleigh, welcomes donations of items in good repair. Call 414-442-2272 for times. Volunteers are also needed. Call Dee Jobe at 262-255-5251. Profits benefit Lutheran Counseling and Family Services and Lutheran Special School.

Grace is a collection site for Soles For Jesus. Bring new or gently used shoes (any size) and drop them off in the collection bins. Visit solesforjesus.org for more information.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Grace Gals Getaway at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake last weekend and by helping with our outreach to college students. The beautiful and inspirational notes, along with the gift cards, will spur our young people on to completing their semester, knowing that we are thinking of them and praying for them.

We continue our series titled “GPS: Finding God’s Direction for Your Life.” Our independence and dependence helps and hinders our ability to see God’s direction for our life. Sunday from 7:00 - 8:30pm in the youth room. Bring a friend!

In Christ Alone—National Youth Gathering will be held July 16-20, 2016 in New Orleans. The gathering is held once every 3 years and is open to those 14 years old at the time through those graduating high school. Contact Pastor Howard.

Living Love—Loving Life, Youth Conference is for all high school youth at Concordia, Mequon on April 18. The conference addresses a biblical understanding of relationships and life issues to live life in light of Christ’s love. Registration is $15. Contact Pastor Howard.

JAM: 3K– 2nd Grade

Sundays 9:30 - 10:30am We continue our walk through the life of Jesus, from His birth to His resurrection. We will learn all about the miracles and parables that Jesus used to show that He truly is the Son of God!

Through our puppet friends, crafts, snacks and games we will have a lot of fun growing our relationship with Jesus. Join us!

THRIVE: 3rd—5th Grade

Sundays, 10:00 - 10:30am "Hero Worship" - we are discovering that Jesus is the ultimate hero and that we can become more like Him by doing the things that He did. We are looking at the Life shape of the Triangle and see how Jesus had perfectly balanced relationships of Up, In and Out.

Save the date! Vacation Bible School is from July 27 - 31, 9:00 - Noon. This year's theme is SonSpark Labs — God's Plan 4U = Jesus! Registration forms are in the Connections Corner or online at www.goo.gl/37369d.

Grace Summer Sizzlers - Extended Care—Registration for Summer Sizzlers (Grace's summer extended care program) is now open. Summer Sizzlers is open to all incoming 4K-6th grade students in the community. Forms may be found at www.grace-connect.org. Initial forms are due on April 15.

Monday, March 30 is Grace Dining Night at La Chimenea in Germantown. Dine from 5:00-9:00pm and 15% of the sales will go to Grace's 8th grade for their class trip. No flyer is needed.

Basketball skills practice, Grace School gym Sundays 4:00—5:00pm. Basketball coaches will be present to help assess and develop skills for children 1st—8th grade. $5.00 per session towards the Grace Lutheran School Athletic Dept.

Operetta—Grades 4K—2nd Grade will be presenting “Who Built the Ark” on Friday, April 24 at 9:00am and 6:30pm in the school gym.

On May 31 Grace will be celebrating Joann Mueller’s retirement with a special service at 9:30am. On Saturday, May 30, an open house event is being planned at the Kenwood campus.
