There is no doubt that your wedding day and the celebration that follows is important to you. At Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, our aim is toassist you in making your day a very special and unique one for you and your guests to talk about for years to come.

Set on the picturesque coastline of Northern NSW, Peppers Salt Resort & Spa is a sanctuary of indulgence, where a luxurious resort blendsperfectly with its seaside location to create the ultimate wedding setting. Whether you choose to exchange vows in the tranquil gardens oron Salt Beach, the on-site Wedding Coordinator is here to help you plan your dream day.

Peppers Salt Resort & Spa caters for weddings of 60 guests, to lavish affairs for up to 220 guests and everything in between. For yourreception, the Ballroom is the ideal setting for a grand affair.

For a more intimate wedding, the award winning Season Restaurant located at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa is a perfect reception option.Choose from either a lunch or dinner reception and have your guests experience the tantalising combinations and flavours of the TweedValley's local produce.

Wedding accommodationAt Peppers Salt Resort & Spa there are a number of accommodation options to tempt you, ensuring you and your guests have a memorablestay. With Plunge Pool Rooms and suites overlooking the resort's landscaped tropical pools or the luscious hinterland and gardens, theaccommodation at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa is one of New South Wales' best kept secrets.

All of the rooms and suites are located around the resort's facilities, gardens and park area with Hotel Rooms and self contained one, twoand three bedroom spa suites to choose from. All rooms have private balconies or patios and some rooms (on the ground level) lead directlyout to the plunge pools, for relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay.

Complimentary suite for the bride and groom

As a special gift to the bride and groom on your wedding night, we offer a complimentary one night stay in a stunning One Bedroom Suite.This is the perfect space to escape after the nights festivities have concluded.

Special guest rates

Wedding guests are offered 20%* off the daily bed and breakfast rate at the time of wedding confirmation. You will receive a booking formfor you and your guests outlining rates and booking details for both Peppers Salt Resort & Spa and Mantra on Salt Beach.

*A wedding ceremony can only be held in conjunction with an on-site reception.

Please note Tweed Coast Council approval is required for beach and Salt Park ceremonies - tweed.nsw.gov.au. In

the event of rain or high winds, the allocated wet weather location will be set for the ceremony. This will be

discussed on your wedding day and finalised 3 hours prior to your ceremony start time. Unfortunately refunds due

to inclement weather are not possible.

Beach and Salt Park packages are to be organised through our preferred theming companies. Please contact

Reception packages

Ultimate Wedding Package - $179* perperson

• Chef's selection of hot and cold canapés - 30 minute service duringpre-dinner drinks

Thinking of delicious additional choices? We offer decadent dessert bars to mesmerize your guests at your reception and pre-ceremony platters, delivered to your accommodation suite so you can indulge while preparing for your special day.

Terms and conditions

Minimum numbers of 80 adults (excluding June and July), or a total minimum spend of $14,000 (includes function room hire, themingpackages, food and beverage costing per person) applies.

During the months of June and July minimum numbers of 60 adults, or a total minimum spend of $10,000 (includes function room hire,theming packages, food and beverage costing per person) applies.

Tweed Shire Council approval is required for all beach and Salt Park ceremonies. For further information and to apply please visittweed.nsw.gov.au.

If you choose additional decorations for your ceremony or reception packages, payment is required to be made directly to the themingcompany.

Ballroom functions must conclude by midnight and room hire is included for a maximum of 6 hours.

Lagoon Poolside has restrictions around entertainment and functions must conclude by 10pm. Use of the Lagoon Poolside area is notavailable during school holidays or long weekends.

In the event of rain or high winds, the nominated wet weather location will be set for the ceremony. This will be discussed on your weddingday and finalised 3 hours prior to your ceremony commencing. Unfortunately refunds due to inclement weather are not possible.

Weddings held on public holidays and Sundays may attract a surcharge.

For bookings made more than one year in advance, please allow for a 5% - 10% CPI increase and a menu restructure each financial year.

Wedding bookings are accepted all year, excluding the Christmas season which runs from 18 December 2017 to 15 January 2018.
