Supplementary Figure 4 Analyses of macrophage depletion in the spleen and immune cell

infiltration in WT and A-FABP-/- treated with clodronates or control liposomes. (A) WT

and A-FABP-/- mice were i.p. injected with 100µl clodronates or control liposomes. Depletion

of macrophages in the spleen was analyzed 7 days after the injection by flow cytometric staining
