INTRODUCTION OF WASK CONSULTANCY
WASK Consultancy is a multi-purpose organization owned and managed by intelligent and
ambitious young men who are committed to building an empire to seek the development and
well-being of the general populace in Ghana and Africa at large.
WASK Consultancy, which has been in existence for the past three years, however was
registered with the Registrar General’s Department in 2014 under the Ghana Company’s Act –
1963 (Act197). It is operated as a Private Limited Liability Company within the borders of
Ghana, establishing the many linkages by its exuberant, visionary and passion driven owners to
ensure results are not just hoped for but are attained.
WASK is a think tank group which is building a strong investment and development networks
with both foreign and local high ranking members of society, ranging from government officials,
to local authority and private individual who wish to invest in developmental projects that are
geared towards Ghana’s economic development.
WASK Company specializes in three main service areas;
A. Building Network for Investment (BNI) with both local and foreign partners to undertake
developmental projects.
B. Liaison with government and local authorizes such as chiefs and community leaders to
bring investments to the grassroots through our investment network.
C. Mediating and spearheading purchase and sale of consumable and non-consumable goods
between foreign and local suppliers and buyers.
We are inspired by principle of correctness, transparency, honesty and integrity and we adopt the
highest standards and international guidelines in the management of all our activities.
WASK has over the years aligned itself with different groups of investors with the financial
capacity and interest to invest in Africa, specifically Ghana. With our determination to render our
quota to the well-being of the generality of the masses of the people, we have been able to secure
thousands acres of land from different chiefs in Ghana for housing projects and farming.
Apart from securing the lands, we have negotiated with interested investors who are ready to
partner WASK to commence these projects.

In addition, WASK has facilitated a purchase of 50, 000 metric ton of sugar between a foreign
Company, Gruppo Hierros S.L and Ghanaian supplier, Gumescof Enterprise. As a result of our
powerful negotiation, the supplier accepted to supply the buyer this huge quantity of goods with
a 45 days credit instead of a bank issuing a letter of credit on behalf of the seller. This is just the
beginning of many accomplishment to come with WASK partnerships with both international
and local businesses.

government and local communities through (Public Private Partnership), Private businesses, and
individuals. WASK seeks to bridge the gap between investors and other developmental
stakeholders such as entrepreneurs who lack the financial capacity to make their business dreams
a reality.
Our aim is to provide the right avenue for the right opportunity of investment at the right time.
Being active to our clients’ needs and monitoring the market in order to react to the changes is

As is apparent, our people are our most important assets, their will, expertise, experience and
ambition enable us do the impossible. The hunger of the team and the passion that drives their
will is what gave birth to the vision of WASK. Our team’s hope is that, we will become a light
that will enlighten the youth of our generation, to appreciate our intelligence as Africans who can
think outside the box in providing pragmatic solution to the challenges our governments,
businesses, communities and privates individuals are facing.

William Anarfi Sarpong
C.E.O
He is the founder and Chief executive officer of TRAMO GHANA, which specializes in waste
management (Recycling), CircleLink Innovation and WASK health services. He was awarded
the Innovator award 2013 and Entrepreneur award 2014 KNUST Vice chancellor’s award. He
also spearheaded the United States Peace Corps stars project in Kumasi. He attained an
entrepreneurship award at the IPMATIC African Awards 2014.
He holds satisfactory certification in the college of health sciences
from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and
University of Ghana. In addition to his credit, he has a Professional
Certificate in Corporate and Strategic Management. Currently working
as the board member for the Centre for Business Development and
Kumasi Business Incubator management member, KNUST.
Mr. Anarfi has established himself as a business network personality,
attracting various investors to Ghana and Africa at large. His
networking capability has opened many opportunities to bring

John Mensah
General Manager
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Publishing Studies (Majored in Administration) from the
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He also holds two
Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from the same Institution and
Certificate in Innovation Management from University of Leipzig, Germany.
Isaac Duodu
Marketing and Strategic Manager
He is currently serving as a management member of the Kumasi Business Incubator and a
supporting staff in ICT and Multimedia Services at the Centre for Business Development,
KNUST. He is a business advisor, a market researcher. He is an analytical thinker, result and
solution oriented, never satisfied in his pursuit of solutions to social and developmental
challenges. Mr Duodu is a first Degree holder in Publishing Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology and he also has certificates in Entrepreneurship, SME
management and Innovation Management.
