Monday 28

Today is a new week at school. But this

week is different from the others, because this

week is “The Science and Technology Week”.

In the Science and Technology Week all the

students have to make a presentation about

any topic to the parents, this helps us in many

things like: learn how to talk in public and

making the parents know how many we have

learned in school. The presentation days are:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Today

many students are nervous because of the

presentations, but more the people that are

going to present tomorrow (Tuesday).

Tuesday 29

It’s the day 1 of presentations. You can

see a lot of people studying their dialogue.

Two of all is my friend Fernanda and I; today

we are going to present al 11:00 o’clock. The

presentations start at 8:30 o’clock. One by one

Lidia was calling us for the presentations. The

presentations were from 8:30 o’clock until

10:30 o’clock, from 11:00 o’clock until 12:30

o’clock, and from 13:00 o’clock until 2:00 ‘o

clock.

Wednesday 30

It’s the day 2 of the presentations.

Some students are calm because they already

present, but now others are nervous; they are

the people that are going to present today.

The same as yesterday, one by one are

presenting. And it is also the same hours.

Thursday 31

It’s the day 3 of presentations, the last

day. Everything seems calmer because there

are only few students left to present. As the

other days, one by one presents and it is the

same schedule.

Friday 1

The presentations are over, the

science and technology week has ended. It was

a hard week for all the students, but this

project demonstrates that we are learning how

to talk in public.

Topics Some of the topics that the students

present were:

The Gravity, talks about how the

gravity was discovered.

Cameras, talks about how the cameras

were evolving.

Gamma Rays, talks about how the

gamma rays affect us.

Cancer, talks all the different kinds of

cancer.

The Brain, talks about how it works.

The eyesight, talks about how it

function and it diseases.

The feelings, talks about how the

feelings originate.

And lot more.

Conclusion I like this week, because I like the idea

to present to the parents. In my opinion, this

make us socialize with parents that we don’t

know and to make them know that we are

learning more and more in school.
