The respondents shall file their replies before the next date

of hearing.

Pursuant to order dated 23.10.2018, Mr. Vi jay Panjwani,

learned advocate appearing on behalf of the CPCB, suomits that the

report of the CPCB is ready and shall be filed within one week.

These reports are also to be filed by the States Pollution Control

Boards, which shall be filed before the next date of hearing.

Response thereof, if any, can be filed before the next date of

hearing.

Before the next date of hearing PESO shall also file norms and

formulations which are required for producing "green crackers" as

stated in the affidavit of the Ministry of Environment and Forest.
