A reliable pipe infrastructure is essentialfor every modern industrial process andevery interruption caused by either failureor maintenance leads to further costs.Liquids & gases must therefore bedelivered to and from the process withoutinterruptions, even if the pipe systemssuffer from damp condition, saltwater,contaminated soil or corrosive media.Conventional materials such as steel andconcrete, which do not perform wellunder these conditions require expensivemaintenance and still present anenvironmental hazard when leak occurs.

Our Glassfibre Reinforced Pipe systems donot suffer from this problem and havebeen used successfully for more than 40years under the most corrosive conditions.

Our Well Testing Services using the Haimo Multiphase meters offer an excitingpotential for significant savings in CAPEX and OPEX with improvements in theoperational efficiency and recovery of reserves.


Our service involves the separation and accurate measurement of various wellstream phases. The hydrocarbon stream or effluent produced at the wellheadis composed of a mixture of gas, Liquid Hydrocarbons and most often FreeWater. The Separation of the liquids from the Gas Phase is accomplished bypassing the well stream through a separator. The phases are then separatedand measured independently. The results of these measurements help indetermining Reservoir Capabilities.

Haimo Multiphase metersOur Haimo Multiphase meters offer anexciting potential for significant savings inCAPEX and OPEX with improvements inthe operational efficiency and recovery ofreserves. Our solution covers fixedmetering skids and turnkey mobile welltesting services.

Multiphase MetersThe Haimo Multiphase Flow Metersadopted by Bell Oil & Gas is a combinationof a gas/liquid two-phase (in-line) flowmeter and a full-range three-phase watercut meter. The gas/liquid flow ratemeasurement and water cut determinationare carried out independent of each other.The Dual gamma meter measures thewater cut. Net oil flow rate is finallycalculated based on the gross liquid andwatercut.

Watercut MetersWatercut meter is an integral componentof the Haimo multiphase meter utilized byBell Oil & Gas. The meters works on lowenergy gamma photo absorption principle.Based on measurement requirements andthe presence of various phases, thecustomer has a choice of Single gammameters or Dual gamma meters. Single

gamma meters measure two phases, forexample, Oil and water in the absence ofgas OR liquid and Gas.

Turnkey Well Testing ServiceDecision makers in Oil companies look forone vital input for their Well and Reservoirmanagement: Quality data i.e. data that isaccurate, rapid, repeatable, reliable, real-time and independent.
