Last October, Tynan Motors staff and clients joined in the MercedesTrophy Golf Day at the renowned and picturesque Riverside Oaks Golf Club, in Sydney’s Cattai. Inspired possibly by the refreshment cart, but definitely by the passion and camaraderie that owning a Mercedes-Benz can instill, a fantastic and memorable day was had by all.

A luxury courtesy coach picked the guests up from the Tynan, Mercedes-Benz Miranda and escorted them to the course. The day began beautifully with tee-off at 10am, with perfect weather and sightings of kangaroos nestled among the lush and scenic surroundings.

A sensational cocktail party and formal presentation dinner was followed by prizes awarded for fine golfing prowess. Mark Beretta from Channel 7 Sports

and Brett Ogle hosted proceedings.

The Starlight Foundation Girls with Vern Padigas, a long time Tynan customer, who was the winner of the day, received his prize of a TAG watch.

He is now eligible to play in the MercedesTrophy Australian titles in Queensland.
