TSHIRT DESIGN CONTESTRULES AND GUIDELINES
I have read the OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES for the Duke’s OceanFest TShirt Design contest and I agree to all the rules and regulations of the contest as outlined below:
1. All entries must be original creations of the contestant that have never been published, and does not contain profanity, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted works of any other person or business.
2. The prizes are Gold Medal - $250 Cash + $100 OceanFest Merchandise Credit, Silver Medal - $150 Cash, Bronze Medal - $100 Cash.
3. The winning design will remain the property of ODKF Support Inc DBA Duke’s OceanFest, and will not be returned to you. Duke’s OceanFest may use the win-ning design at any time after the contest. The winning designer may display their own design in a portfolio or personal collection, but may not sell or reproduce the design for any other purpose once submitted to the contest.
4. The contest begins March 1st, 2019.
5.The entries must be received no later than 11:59pm on May 30th, 2019 to [email protected]. Either a link to the file or the file itself must be submit-ted no later than 11:59pm on May 30th.
6.FORM OF ENTRIES: The entry should be accompanied by your name and contact information.The entry must be submitted in the following files types:.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD (300 dpi), or JPEG (300 dpi) The entry can be a maximum of 3 colors (not including black or white).
7. Duke’s OceanFest reserves the right to pick one entry, more than one entry, or no entries as the winning entry.
8. The Duke’s OceanFest executive team reserves the right to terminate this con-test at any time, effective on the date of issuing the termination notice, and are under no obligation to give notice prior to the date of termination.
9. You agree that if you submit an entry, you will sign an assignment and release form prepared by Duke’s OceanFest acknowledging your acceptance and under-standing of the complete contest rules including that the winning design is the property of Duke’s OceanFest. The form will be attached to this document.
10. One person may submit multiple, seperate entries as long as the assignment and release forms have been signed.
