Mexico is not the poor country that most people think of, it has one of the best ranked GDPs, HDIs, HPIs, and is one of the highest ranked countries of importance. Its GDP has been increasing rapidly since 2000, and it was heavily hit by the recession in 2008 and 2009

Nigeria is a very undeveloped country with the highest population. An oil rich country, and once a large agricultural exporter, it now must import food to keep up with its rapid population growth.
