Fire in tradeshow hall – fire departments pinpoint source of ignition. If fire is started by exhibitor, they will be liable. If the exhibitor has no insurance, show/event manager has to pay claim.
Slip/fall in exhibitor booth – a foreign exhibitor’s insurance did not cover claim in US court. Actual claim involved a large foreign exhibitor in US jewelry show. Exhibitor's overseas insurance did not cover US claim. Exhibitor was not ‘happy’ with show organizer.
