Goods We will provide dance shoes of all types, dancewear, dance costumes, hair accessories, sheet music, and dance floor equipment. Discount Dance, Dance Informa, China Dancewear, and Baum’s Dancewear are wholesale providers of all dance gear as said above (and hair accessories/dance equipment needed for dance). There are many sheet music retailers that we can contact for the sheet music consumers request from our store. Many costuming, prop stores, and other various stage equipment companies allow outside sources to also rent/buy used equipment off their store for lower prices that can be easily used by other consumers. Other dance wear companies are also interested in working alongside us to sell their goods through our company and share the profits.

ServicesWe will provide voice, dance, and acting classes/lessons. Here in Atlanta, there are many trained professionals that are private contractors for their coaching/lessons. We will place them under our company and receive 25% of their revenue in exchange for the use of our facility.

Total Theatre EnterpriseTotal Theatre Enterprise: “Your one stop shop for all your Broadway needs.”Total Theatre Enterprise will work as a partnership. This will work best with our company in order to deliver goods and services to consumers at low prices and low costs for us. We will be working with many partners such as the teachers for our classes, the dancewear companies willing to manufacture all the dance gear to sell in our own warehouse, and rental/used facilities that will work with us to provide other assorted needs for consumers’ theatre productions or dance competitions.

DemographicsI’m looking in the Atlanta/Alpharetta area. In my personal experience, the theatre community is vast, and many young children are aspiring performers nowadays. Parents are always looking for places for their kids to go after school or pursue something for their future. With many children in this area, there is always opportunity for different theatre companies to start up. However, this theatre company is not just for kids but also people who need training or experience in any aspect. It is also a great place for other theatre companies to come rent equipment or any other necessities. It makes a great alliance with other theatres.

Market Structure, Competitors, and Consumers

Because of the similar but not identical products, this market structure is monopolistic competition. Because the theatre industry is so heavy, there are many other theatre companies and studios to compete against. Consumers will pick my company over others because not only do we have dance supplies for all the needs and other various stage necessities, we also have dance, voice, acting, and many other lessons for the average performer to rise to the top.
