Consolidated ApplicationUpdate
• Process: All federal program components are approved by DPI program staff and then full application will be “DPI Section Chief approved”
• If any federal programs have prolonged wait for another, will approve in insolation
Cross Program Consolidated Monitoring
• Regional Program Administrator (PA) is point person for onsite visits, but will coordinate pre-visit with Title IIA PA Elaine Ellington
• Desktop monitoring piloted in 2013-14
• 4-yr cycle (could still be more often)
