She was the widow of Peter Klym, who died in 1980. Born in Pleasant Mount, daughter of the late Peter and Mary Labick Hruby, she was a member of SS Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church, Union Dale. She was a graduate of Pleasant Mount High School. Prior to retirement, she and her husband were the owners/op- erators of the Maple Lounge, located on the Pennsylvania side of the river from Hancock, NY. Lovey was a generous, energetic, funny person who always had a joke. She enjoyed living at the William Penn Apartments, and she belonged to the Tri-County Senior Citizens Center. Bingo was Lovey’s favorite activity. Last time Lovey called the num- bers for bingo, she didn’t win once. Afterwards, she said “I didn’t win once. Guess what? I’m not coming back.” Surviving are two brothers: Peter Hruby and wife Ruth, For- est City; Michael Hruby, West End, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by four brothers: Metro, Samuel, Steven, and George Hruby; and three sisters: Eva Stinson, Mary Gamble, and An- toinee Schaefer. Stark, of Forest City, and a former long time resident of Union Dale, died Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Forest City Nursing Center. Born in Union Dale in 1933, he was the son of the late Wal- ter H. and Florence Allen Stark. A member of the Methodist faith in Union Dale, he was a graduate of Pleasant Mount High School. Prior to his re- tirement, he worked on the family farm and made milk truck deliveries to various areas for much of his career before farming ended. Most recently, he was employed by the Elk Mountain Ski Resort. Keith’s friends would like to thank Dr. David Tomazic and the nurses and staff of the For- est City Nursing Center for the compassionate care they pro- vided. Paul Thomas Shollock Formerly of Forest City Paul Thomas Shollock passed peacefully on Septem- ber 21, 2019, aged 95. He was born in Throop, Pennsylvania and resided in Forest City, Pennsylvania be- fore moving to Leviown. In his career, he was employed by United States Steel and Fisher Scientific. Paul was a veteran, serving with the US Air Corps Flying Tigers in China, Burma and India during World War II. He was a 4th degree honorary lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Joseph the Worker Council. Paul was an avid golfer and he enjoyed cooking. He served his parish, St. Joseph the Work- er, in many ways. He was a loving husband and father to his wife Cecelia and daughter Barbara. He will be dearly missed by them and his son-in-law, Richard, and his five grandchildren, Isabel- la, Alexander, Anna, Thomas and Mahew. Family and friends were re- ceived on Thursday, Septem- ber 26, 2019 at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levit- town Parkway, followed by a Funeral Mass Interment was held privately. He was the husband of Erma (Diulio) Zelechoski and celebrated 70 years of marriage in June of this year. Born in Johnsonburg, PA, he was one of four sons and two daughters of Joseph and Ve- ronica (Dworsky) Zelechoski. Bob served his country in the Army in Europe during WWII. He graduated from Clarion College in 1948 and taught math and physics in high school. He earned a Doc- tor of Education degree from Penn State University in 1960 before becoming Superinten- dent of Schools first at For- est City Regional and then at North Schuylkill School Dis- trict. Later in life, he was a financial advisor with Ameri- prise Financial. Bob played 3 sports in col- lege; football, basketball, and baseball. He coached football at the high school level and officiated high school basket- ball. He had a tryout with the minor league team of the Phil- lies, and turned down an offer to travel and pitch for the team because a school teacher those days got paid more money, and he was going to marry Erma, the love of his life and start a family. Bob was introduced to golf in his mid 30’s and played weekly with friends and fam- ily the rest of his life. He loved the game and had a “new swing” every week. Bob’s one constant that never changed was his love of Erma, his family and his love and faith in God. His fam- ily was blessed by the way he lived and shared his faith. He has served as a Eucharist Min- ister and had been active in the Knights of Columbus dur- ing his life. He will be dearly missed. Survivors: wife Erma, sis- ter Nancy Shuey; daughters, Roberta Young and Barbara Smith and her husband, Ay. Paul; sons, Joseph Zelechoski and his wife, Barbara, John Zelechoski and his wife, Deb- ra, and Dr. David Zelechoski and his wife, Christy. Stiles, 75, of Hones- dale, died Saturday, Septem- ber 28, 2019 at home, after a sudden illness. Born September 10, 1944 in Honesdale, he was the son of the late Edgar G. and Louise E. Coons Stiles. Davy graduated from Waymart High School. He served in the United States Army. For many years, Davy was a Security Guard at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Hones- dale. He is survived by a brother, Gerald Stiles and his wife Di- ane of Canton, Pennsylvania, two sons: Richard Stiles & Donald Stiles of Beech Grove; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews and their families. He earned a Doc-tor of Education degree from Penn State University in 1960 before becoming Superinten-dent of Schools first at For-est City Regional and then at North Schuylkill School Dis-trict. Later in life, he was a financial advisor with Ameri-prise Financial.

Bob played 3 sports in col-lege; football, basketball, and baseball. He coached football at the high school level and officiated high school basket-ball. He had a tryout with the minor league team of the Phil-lies, and turned down an offer to travel and pitch for the team because a school teacher those days got paid more money, and he was going to marry Erma, the love of his life and start a family.

Bob was introduced to golf in his mid 30’s and played weekly with friends and fam-ily the rest of his life. He loved the game and had a “new swing” every week.

Bob’s one constant that never changed was his love of Erma, his family and his love and faith in God. His fam-ily was blessed by the way he lived and shared his faith. He has served as a Eucharist Min-ister and had been active in the Knights of Columbus dur-ing his life. He will be dearly missed.

Survivors: wife Erma, sis-ter Nancy Shuey; daughters, Roberta Young and Barbara Smith and her husband, Atty.Paul; sons, Joseph Zelechoski and his wife, Barbara, John Zelechoski and his wife, Deb-ra, and Dr. David Zelechoski and his wife, Christy. Grand-children: Diana, Sherri, Kevin, Steven, Marissa, Lauren, Dan-ny, Shannon, Michael, Jordan, and Forrest. Great grandchil-dren: Bobby, Christine, Chris-tian, Matthew, Christopher, Jack Joseph, Addison, Brody, Luke, Jack Brighton, Debra and Dean.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, Sept. 30, 2019 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18020.

Cemetery services were held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11:30 am at Holy Rosa-ry Cemetery in Johnsonburg, PA.

Davy R. StilesHonesdale

Davy R. Stiles, 75, of Hones-dale, died Saturday, Septem-ber 28, 2019 at home, after a sudden illness.

Born September 10, 1944 in Honesdale, he was the son of the late Edgar G. and Louise E. Coons Stiles.

Davy graduated from Waymart High School. He served in the United States Army. For many years, Davy was a Security Guard at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Hones-dale.

He is survived by a brother, Gerald Stiles and his wife Di-ane of Canton, Pennsylvania, two sons: Richard Stiles & Donald Stiles of Beech Grove; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews and their families.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Andrew, in 1993; a sister, Janice Winters, and three brothers, Daniel Stiles, Robert Stiles, and Wil-liam Stiles.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the Aldenville Baptist Church, 971 Creek Drive Prompton, PA (Aldenville) 18456 with Pastor Gary Gilpin officiating.

Friends may visit at the church on Thursday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Davy’s memory to the Alden-ville Baptist Church.
