The target audience of Inception has a equal divide of males and females with the highest percentage aged between 15-24. Inception links to our target audience as it was one of the examples used in our mood board as it is also a thriller and has a similar concept behind the plot.

B class olds 23% of the population in general. This would be professional working class and therefore our film appeals to the majority of this class, like Inception.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE MEMBERThis is Olivia Seaby. She is 17 and 8 months old and lives in the center of Caterham. She dresses punk- skinny jeans and studded bracelets. She enjoys music and going to gigs. She shops mostly online but tends to buy clothes in Topshop. She enjoys films like Taken, Bridesmaids and Madagascar, she enjoys watching them at the cinema and also buying them later on DVD and watching them with her friends. She likes TV shows like Big Bang theory. The main channels would be music channels such as Kerrang! And Scuzz. The music this girl would listen to would be genres such as: rock, metal and punk. Sometimes she listens to Kerrang! Radio. I think our film would appeal to this girl because she enjoys a variety of films and is open to new things. Also, if this was shown in her local cinema it may appeal to her as she is in the target audience age bracket and enjoys going the cinema.
