N .B.-These are rules made by the Comptroller and AUditor-Oene,al of!adia. except where otherwise s(ated.

.1.Tran,fer, on duty may be of two kinds-

(i) A Govern~nt servant may proceed on duty irem onc State or Circleof audit tG anotber.

(il) A Govenunent servant may proceed on duty from one place Noanoth:er in the ~ame State or circle of audit.

2, In thl" former case the certificate should be ,given as follows:-

(a) If the Government ,e",ant is employed at the Station of IheAccQuntant-General of hjs State or circle of audit and the system of paymentafter pre-audit is followed in his office, the certificate sh(}~id b. given by thatofficer all'J a duplicate of it should be forwarded to the Accountant·Gen~ralofthe tmnsferred Government servant's new ~tate or circle of audit, otherwisethe procedure laid down in clau,e (0) blow ,hould be adopted.
