    1. Keep your promise to stay healthy.

    2. Have at least 4 pre-natal care visits.

    3. Give birth at a health center, lying-in, or hospital.

    6. Space your children 3-5 years apart.

    7. Practice proper hygiene.

    8. Live a healthy lifestyle.

    9. Use your PhilHealth card.

    10. Use your PhilHealth benefits.

    11. Know where to go for health services.

    12. Go to a health center if you have been coughing for 2 weeks or more.
