Utilities for daily use,user-friendly and flexible:Energy supply systems.

Practical applications are a focal point.Depending of local conditions and specific demands,we

recommend the use of floor-mounted media cells or suspended media pendants.Our energy supply

systems are designed with firm supports or conduits for all types of supply lines and cater for all

sanitary and electric outlets. Further to this,separating the energy supply from the bench tops

provides for maximum flexibility and unrestricted access.

Media cell.

Media cells come in raster widths of 600,900, 1200, and 1500 mm.They constitute the core of

wall- and island benches. Reagent shelves,system shelves,wall cupboards, work lights, conduits for

electrics and data lines, sanitary and clean gas outlets plus the relevant feed and discharge lines are

supported by the multi-functional aluminium system carriers.

Energy supply systems: The media pendant.

Media pendants are our solution for modern, performance-oriented analytical laboratories.The necessary

media are stored at a convenient height of ca.2,200 mm.Analytical instruments are placed on mobile desks or

racks directly below thereby permitting free access to these instruments. Local suction points can be realised

as required.

Essentially, work benches are the simplest elements in a laboratory, however, they are not the

least important.You can choose from a great variety of designs as to dimensions, place of work,

application, type of underframe, material of tabletop, mobility, height adjustment, etc. to create

individual solutions for safe working. Our programme includes laboratory worktops for wet chemical

processes, for micro-biological experimenting (smooth and seamless finish), work benches for

Focus on optimum working climate:Fume cupboards are most important elements in many laboratories:

They extract dangerous gaseous media which originate at a source inside the fume chamber and direct them

to a processing unit for filtering or neutralisation.

Another task for fume cupboards is to minimise disturbing influences as a result of air turbulence caused bythe movement of personnel.EN 14175 has replaced DIN 12924 and newly defines the terms, dimensional

criteria and type certification for fume cupboards.We operate our own test facilities for ventilation and

exhaust systems where certification tests are executed in full compliance with the new directive EN 14175.

of fume cupboard to best comply with local situations in your laboratory. Our fume cupboards are designed in

Fume cupboards for special applications with integrated or stand-alonescrubbers, filter units or radio-nuclide fume cupboards are designed as

custom units to your specifications and in full compliance with relevant

safety directives.

XXL size exhaust cabins for over-proportional and oftentimes automatic

test series are a speciality of Laborbau | Systeme.These cabins are

designed in the fume cupboard raster pattern with integrated supply of

media plus effective exhaust action. Electrically operated sashes are

among a number of options.

FES fume cupboards ensure maximum safety for unattended test series,

e.g.during night shifts or for long-term experiments.Thermal and optical

UV sensitive detectors and automatic fire extinguishing equipment are

central to these fume cupboards. In case of a fire, the sliding sash will

close automatically, the exhaust flap will close, an alarm is actuated,and

the building control system or the fire brigade will be alerted.The supply

of process media is interrupted, the fire suppressing gas is injected into

the fume cupboard chamber.
