• To identify specific roles/functions of a supervisor so organizational harmony takes place within the Filipino cultural setting.

• To enable participating supervisors to see themselves in the organization and how they can contribute effectively to achieving bank goals and objectives.

• To enhance supervisory coaching skills for more effective management of staff.
