Conversion from Oil to Gas will generate $24,140 in savings per school annually.

Natural Gas lock-in rate of $7.80 per DTH saving the District $2,410 over last year.

Facts on Natural Gas:

• U.S Dept of Energy forecasting a 14% increase in Natural Gas.

• Natural Gas accounted for 28% of electricity generated in New England in 2001; increased to 52% by 2012.

• Natural Gas Electricity generation expected to increase over the next year

• Natural Gas Commodity Pricing still half the cost of Oil
