Summer Youth ProgrammingBasketball Week- Level II Basketball classes include proven collegiate and professional level drills to improve dribbling, passing and shooting skills.

Basketball Level III Youth ages 11-13yrs who have advanced knowledge of the game of basketball

BBall Private 1pk Youth ages 5-8 years wanting to learn the game of basketball. These players have limited knowledge of the game

BBall Private 6pk Private B-ball lessons with Coach Stephanie

Fencing Adult fencing class which includes basic foil work, foot work and mat work.

Mixed TKD 3 Days Prerequisite High Blue Belt. This class is the next step for students who hve been tested on their foundation techniques and are ready to train at an advanced level.

TKD Youth 2 Days Only Participants train in the traditional Korean art of kicking and punching. This class is specifically for participants over the age of 12.

Volleyball Week- Level II Basketball classes include techniques that will help improve basic skills and facilitate team play.

Youth Volleyball Volleyball skills and drills with instruction and scrimmage play.

Youth Judo 1 Day Judo literally means "the gentle way." This ancient martial art makes use of the opponent's strength to overcome him. The main techniques of this art are tripping, sweeping, throwing, and both stand up and ground grappling.

Youth Tennis This class will teach the fundamentals of tennis. Your player will get the chance to hit, swing, and serve their way into a great time.

Pre-school ProgrammingPre School Sports All Sorts Want your preschooler to try out a variety of sports. Sports of all sorts explores a different sport each week

Tiny Tot Soccer Allow your tiny tot to be introduced to soccer basics and socialize with other tots in this fun, high energy class.

Tiny Tot Tumbling Run, play and dance your morning away in this high energy creative movement class.

Youth Soccer Run, Kick and Run some more. Join us for the high energy introduction to soccer for youth 1-5yrs.

Zumbini The new Zumbini™ program is where the science of child development meets the magic of Zumba®! Designed for children 0 to 3 years old and their caregivers, this program takes little ones on their first steps toward a healthy, active life. Together, adults and their young children wiggle, sing, and learn, for the ultimate bonding experience! Zumbini™ classes offer dance 'n' play movement, fun props, and a chance to play instruments. Participants enjoy cool Zumba® music packed with world rhythms and catchy, kid-friendly tunes created just for this program and it fosters creative development without being overly academic. The class is a mix of recorded music and live singing, giving the children and caregivers two different experiences.

Summer Teen & Adult ProgrammingAdult TABATA Tabata is high-intensity interval training that is one of the fastest ways to fitness and weight loss. Twenty-second intervals as hard as you can go -- rest for 10 seconds and go again for 6-8 sets.

Weekend Warrior-Saturday Only Let our professional trainers put some kick in your day. Boot camp classes offer high intensity overall workouts. Suitable for all members who are serious about taking their workouts to the next level. We offer these classes in the mornings and after work for your convenience!

Drop In Free Class NON MEMBER Non-members can drop in our free fitness classes for a $10 fee.
