St. Elizabeth’s summer programs are coeducational camps for rising
Pre-K through 8th graders. Our programs are run by experienced
educators and strive to foster learning, creativity, and FUN in a safe and
caring environment.
Registration forms are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Forms may be submitted by mail or in person at any time. A separate regis-
tration form is required for each child.

Send a completed registration form and non-refundable $50 deposit for
each child to St. Elizabeth School. The deposit is applied to the total
fees.
Total balance is due date NO LATER than: Monday, June 22nd, 2015
St. Elizabeth’s may cancel a program due to low enrollment. Parents will be
notified in a timely manner if such a decision is made and a refund will be
granted. Programs will not be prorated for partial attendance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
REGISTRATION PROCESS
All campers in 9 am – 12 pm programs should bring a snack and drink every
day. Campers in full day programs should bring a brown bag lunch, snack,
and drink each day.
All campers must be picked up no later than 5 minutes after the end of their
program. A late fee of $20 will be assessed for late pick up.
An afternoon camp will be offered until 4p.m. for campers needing to stay all
day. See Afternoon Camp Form for more information.
WELCOME
Honeybee Camp with Mrs. Burns and Mrs. Laux
Your preschooler will enjoy fun-filled, hands-on activities in a small, nurturing en-
vironment. Each day will include arts and crafts, games, songs, storytelling, and
science experiments. There will be indoor and outdoor playtime and LOTS of fun!
**Campers MUST be 3 years old by January 1st, 2015 and MUST be completely potty
trained.**

Kindergarten Camp Come sail away on the SS Corral for a summer cruise through Kindergarten! This camp is for
incoming St. Elizabeth School kindergarten students. Each day there will be activities that
are fun and will prepare your child for the kindergarten routine starting in September. We
will take daily “excursions” (school tours), dance, play games, cook, have water play and
create art projects. We will also read stories and practice our math skills in exciting and
interactive ways!! This is a great camp for our new St. Elizabeth kindergarten students to get
acquainted with the school, make new friends and get excited for school! Grades: Rising Kindergarteners July 6-10, 9am—12pm July 20-24, 9am—12pm

Reading Enrichment with Mrs. Burns
Join one of our energetic Language Arts teachers, Mrs. Burns, for a fun-filled reading and
activities camp! Each day will include books and stories, games, and crafts, all relating to a
central theme. Campers will get to hear and read newer stories as well as old favorites, incor-
porating a variety of themes and types of literature. Indoor and outdoor play will be included
each day!
Grades: Rising 1st-2nd July 20-24, 9am-12pm Fee: $200
Wonder Kids with Mrs. McDonough
This science and nature camp with Mrs. McDonough, or 3rd and 4th grade
science teacher, is sure to be enlightening, fun, and exciting! Join Mrs.
McDonough for a week of wonder as you explore science and nature, both
indoors and out. Come dressed for hikes and outdoor observation, as well as indoor experi-
ments. Get ready to be wowed by the wonders of our natural world!
Grades: Rising 1st—3rd
July 6-10, 9am—12pm Fee: $200
Holiday Camp with Ms. Sanford
Join Ms. Sanford in celebrating the holidays! Let’s take a year-round trip and visit
a different holiday each day of the week. This will include crafts, decorating cook-
ies, dressing up, and having some creative, energetic fun! Each week will have simi-
lar themes, though activities may vary. Don’t miss out on this unique camp oppor-
tunity!
Grades: Rising K—6th July 6-10, 9am-2pm
July 13-17, 9am—2pm Fee: 1 week = $250, 2 weeks = $475
Improv Camp with Mr. Crimans
Campers will play improve games and build up the “acting chops.” The week will culminate with
a life performance from Crimans Productions! Campers will put on a 45 minute improve show
for parents, family, and friends. It is sure to be a fun-filled week!
Grades: Rising 4th-6th July 6-10, 9am-2pm Fee: 1 week = $250, 2 weeks $475 July 13-17, 9am-2pm
Theatre Camp with Mr. Crimans
Join Mr. Crimans for a week of exciting theatre games and basic acting skills that will culmi-
nate in a short theme theatre production! Mr. Crimans has extensive theatre experience and
always helps with St. Elizabeth 4th-5th and middle school plays, so this is sure to be a week
learning and fun!
Grades: Rising 3rd-4th July 20-24th, 9am-4pm Fee: $300
Science Fun with Ms. Conine
Do you love science? Do you love taking part in experiments? If the answer is yes, then this
camp is right for you! Come join Ms. Conine for some explosive fun with science! Each day,
campers will learn and explore science through hands on activities and experiments. Each
week will have similar themes, though activities may vary. So put your science goggles on and
let your scientific curiosity grow with Ms. Conine!

Reading Enrichment for Crafty Minds! with Ms. Woo
Join Miss Woo for a week of fun based around the novel, The One and Only Ivan (2013 New-bery Medal Winner). Throughout the week, Miss Woo will be guiding children through this ex-citing novel by Katherine Applegate, focusing on plot, characters, vocabulary, etc. In addition to reading, the campers will also be completing 1-2 crafts per day to enhance the excitement of the book and make the characters come to life. It will be educational, fun, and enriching!
Grades: Rising 3rd—4th July 13-17, 9am—2pm Fee: $250
Harry Potter Camp with Mrs. McMahon
The magic is back! This camp is for young witches and wizards who love all things Harry Potter. Join Professor McMahon for a fun-filled week at Camp Hogwarts! Campers will be sorted into houses, create potions, make and eat wizard treats, act out scenes from our favorite books, write our own Daily Prophet, and much more! Grades: Rising 4th—8th July 6-10, 9am—2pm Fee: $250

Treatment Authorization
St. Elizabeth’s has my permission, in the case of an emergency when I cannot be reached, to provide emer-gency medical attention and, if necessary, take my child to the emergency room of the nearest hospital at my expense. The hospital and its medical staff have my authorization to provide treatment which a physi-cian deems necessary for the wellbeing of my child.

St. Elizabeth is offering an afternoon camp program for the convenience of parents and the enjoyment of
campers! After camp is over, campers are welcome to attend afternoon camp until 4pm. This will consist of
gym time, movies, arts and crafts, and games for the campers.

afternoon care should accompany your final camp payment for your selected camp(s).

The rate for afternoon care will be $7.00/Hr. Depending on which camp your child is attending, the final cost
