Summer Adventures YOUR CAMPER WILL HAVE THE TIME OF THEIR LIFE

It’s summer and your camper craves fun and socialization – you want them to have that too.

Plus, you want them to be physically and mentally active. River Way Ranch Camp is the

perfect place to satisfy everybody.

WAKEBOARD

Nothing screams summer like being in the

water – every wakeboarding camper

receives over 20 hours of skiing and

wakeboarding instruction and play.

In addition to riding wakes, the campers will

hang out on Lombardo, the 2-story

houseboat, which includes two water slides,

a BBQ, and a 25-foot jumping plank.

After spending their first two activity periods

improving their riding, jumping, and

spinning, they are brought back to camp to

fill their day with more activities, like music,

martial arts, or horsing riding.

PAINTBALL

One of the most popular

programs available is action-

packed paintball.

Your camper will learn strategy,

accuracy, and teamwork, all the

while getting a lot of aerobic

exercise.

After practicing and competing,

the participants can enjoy other

activities, like archery, film

school, or go-carts.

PERFORMING

ARTS

Those interested in musical theatre and the performing arts will love to be immersed to the

world of the stage. Each camper will audition and be assigned a roll to perform while also

learning costume design, scene study, choreography, and projection – all culminating in the final

production on the last day of camp. After working on their craft for one to two periods, these

performers can engage in other activities like gymnastics, volleyball, or tubing.

DANCE

If your camper has the passion to dance, no matter their skill level, this is the program for them.

Your camper will be learning jazz, hip hop, contemporary, ballet, zumba, swing, and free-style

with a top-of-the-line soundboard. After learning their choreography, these dancers can fill the

rest of their day with things like arts and crafts, fishing, or photography.

Does your camper have an

eye for design? Enroll them in

the course that will get them

hands-on experience working

on cutting edge software for

both Mac and PC.

Working on web design,

photography, and digital

graphics, they will put their

knowledge to use assisting

with the newsletter, camp

slideshow, and yearbook.

After fully utilizing their

creative side, these campers

can enjoy activities like BB

guns, kayaking, or zip lining.

TECH LAB

FILM SCHOOL

Calling all writers, directors, and

producers! Every camper in this

program will make his or her own movie.

With HD cameras and cutting edge

editing equipment, every aspect of

production will be covered, including

lighting, sound, and cinematography.

After sharpening their storytelling

muscles these budding auteurs can

focus their other muscles on activities

like whitewater river rafting, soccer, or

knee-boarding.
