The 3 Valleys or ‘Les Trois Vallées’ is the world’s largest

inter-linked ski area. Three stunning valleys are linked up

The area is serviced by 183 ski lifts, which can transport

260,000 skiers per hour. To support the pre and post sea-

son weather, this winter wonderland is backed up by no less

than 1,920 snow cannons and 76 piste bashers. Employees

in the area include 424 ski patrollers and 1,500 ski instructors.

One of the two major resorts in the ‘third valley’, Les

quality of this project, La SAS has been able to

put a guarantee in place which ensures that, in

the highly unlikely event that the management

company are late with a rental payment, the

agreed rental yield will still be paid to owners.

This guaranteed amount will not exceed the

equivalent of one year’s rental and is paid as and

when it is required by the owner. La SAS is also
