2nd time lucky for Les MenuiresLaunched in 2014, the first phase of Le Coeur des Loges was one of the most successful ski property developments of the 2014/2015 season. The 3 ValleysThe 3 Valleys or ‘Les Trois Vallées’ is the world’s largest inter-linked ski area. Three stunning valleys are linked up by eight ski resorts and together they attract more skiers and snowboarders than any other ski area in the world. Its popularity is due in part to the fact that 85% of the slopes are above 1800m guaranteeing excellent snow conditions from early December to late April.

Winter ParadiseAs a ski area, The 3 Valleys offers 650km of marked piste, more than 2,000 metres of vertical, 296 lifts, Olympic down-hill runs, freestyle parks, half-pipes, 120km of cross-country circuits and miles of back country powder runs.
The area is serviced by 183 ski lifts, which can transport 260,000 skiers per hour. To support the pre and post season weather, this winter wonderland is backed up by no less than 1,920 snow cannons and 76 piste bashers. Employees in the area include 424 ski patrollers and 1,500 ski instructors.

Les MenuiresOne of the two major resorts in the ‘third valley’, Les Menuires offers a great blend of the amazing 3 Valleys’ skiing with superb ski resort infrastructure, making it per-fect for families. LocationPhase two also enjoys a superb ski-in ski-out location next to the ‘La Violette’ piste, which means you can ski all the way from the ‘Mont de la Chambre’ summit at 2,786m altitude directly to the door of your brand new ski home. This area of Les Menuires is one of the more traditional of Les Menuires. Nearby amenities include a supermarket, bakery and ski pass ticket office.

Les Menuires’ Bettex two-seater chairlift has been re-placed by a new four-seater that whisks skiers to a higher altitude at the top of the ‘Brelin’ pistes above the resort.
Legendary summit now accessible for all The legendary summit of La Masse is now accessible to all skiers of every level, thanks to the new blue piste ‘Le Bouquetin’. This new opening means both beginners and experts can ski across all the peaks in the Les Menuires–Saint Martin ski area.
Lots of new facilities for beginners New beginners areas are being developed across the resort, firstly on ‘Les Montagnettes’ slope in the Croisette area with the ‘Forêt’ piste in the Masse–Bettex area to follow. A new magic carpet will also be installed for begin-ners at Le Pelvoux piste in the Croisette area. The project will be spread over several years.
New ski facilities Val ThorensFreestyle skiing for all levelsA new 7-hectare easy-to-ride area is available for anyone who wants to sample the thrills of Freestyle oppo-site the internationally renowned professional snow park. Specially adapted springboards will be available so learners can practise jumps and shapes.
New ‘fun slope’ A new type of piste is coming to Val Thorens. 900m–long run with more than 50 fun obstacles including tunnels (with sound effects), bridges, spirals and raised turns it is dubbed to be ‘an adventure for all the senses’.
