As Bhubaneswar will be a smart city, smart solution is a
first step towards solving the problem. An innovative
initiative for the better parking facility in the city of
Bhubaneswar is envisaged. BMC is going to bring
Computerized Automated Multi-level parking facility
soon to solve the problem faced by the citizens.
This will reduce the unauthorized parking
problem as well as parking chaos during peak hours. A
meeting for this was organized in the conference hall of
BMC for seeking opportunities for construction of
multi-level parking in Bhubaneswar. The parking
system will be made through PPP mode, where users
have to give parking fee on nominal basis. In few space a
lot of cars can be parked in a parking place which will
save space of the city. Also the automatic system will
save time and give solution for traffic problem.
