the board for a 2 year term , seconded by Ben Williams passed all in

favour.

Justin Tuohy proposed that Jayde Teakle be re- nominated for 1 more

year to complete her 2 year term. Seconded by Ben Williams passed all

in favour.

2013 Financial Forecast Profits

Footy Tipping is underway and payment for 4 booklets has been banked, our target is 100.

This year the PnF hope to see a continuation of Recipe Book sales at various community events, we have

profited $836.95 off the sale of 260 books and have 31 ready to sell with supplies to make approximately 10,

total profits from $1246.95, we have the price will increase to $15.00

Other fundraising endeavours for 2013 include, NCVISSA Summer Carnival Term 4, Knights of the Southern

Cross annual dinner Term 4 and Art Exhibition also planned for Term 4.

Expenditure

The estimated contribution for the year 5/6 camp is $3500.00

Some suggestions were made to introduce a dollar donation to the Father’s Day Breakfast
