Saratoga Arts Seeks Fine Artists SARATOGA – Saratoga Arts is seeking artists for its two sum-mer outdoor art exhibitions. On Saturday, July 9, the fi rst of Saratoga Arts summer Art in the Park exhibition and sale will be held in Saratoga Springs’ historic Congress Park from 10am-5pm. The second Art in the Park exhibition will be held on Tues-day, August 23 (Travers Festival week) from 10am-6pm. Both Art in the Park exhibits feature original fi ne art work. “Jukebox Saturday Night”SARATOGA SPRINGS – The Racing City Chorus, Saratoga’s chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, will present it 55th Annual Show “Jukebox Saturday Night,” at two perfor-mances - 2pm and 7pm on Saturday, May 21st, at the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Senior High School, 88 Lakehill Road, Burnt Hills. The Chorus and its quartets will perform, along with guest quartet, Snapshot, the 2010 Northeastern District Quartet champions, and former novice quartet champions. In addition, The Glens Falls High School Octet will present a Si-natra package. The show’s theme of Jukebox Saturday Night is to help reminisce about the music from the 50’s - 60’s - 70’s and 80’s when the jukebox was still in fashion. Randy’s RunLAKE GEORGE /SARATOGA – The 10th annual Randy’s Run will be held Saturday, May 21. Proceeds are used to ben-efi t Lake George students. The 5K Run and Walk in memory of Randal Madison will be held at 9am at Lake George Ele-mentary School, Sun Valley Drive, Lake George. Check in will begin at 7:30am and registration will be from 7:30-8:45am. The entry fee is $15 ($12 if you pre-register). Randal Madison, who died unexpectedly in 2001 at age 31 of a brain aneurysm, was a Lake George Elementary School teacher. He grew up in Saratoga Springs and lived in Hudson Falls with his wife and two sons. His colleagues, friends, students and family have set up this run in Madison’s memory. The racecourse starts at Lake George Elementary School and follows the bikeway where Madison ran with his colleagues after school. Last year’s run drew over 200 participants and all 500 elementary school stu-dents took part in the Fun Run portion of Randy’s Run during the school day. (A)

2011 Whipple City Festival ParadeGREENWICH – This year’s opening parade for the Whipple City Festival will be a celebration of The Circus.
