Sir, We moved to the town a couple of years ago after finding a fabulous derelict Georgian house upon which we did a huge restoration over a couple of years. We absolutely LOVE Tunbridge Wells, my only regret is that we didn’t move here sooner! Congratulations on the fabulous magazine it really captures the style and spirit of the town and those who live in it.

Sir, What a delight to read your article Ladies Who Launch (January) that went some way towards recognising the role we play in keeping the wheels of local commerce turning. I thought it a bit of an irony that one of the women said that to succeed in business “you need balls.” Clearly not.

Sir, It seems your reader (Letters February) had an unhappy experience with a Traffic Warden but please remember that if they hadn’t stopped in the wrong place they wouldn’t have got a

ticket. Traffic Wardens do the job for which they get paid. Contrary to popular belief, they don’t actually paint the yellow lines or park the cars on them!
