DEAR FRIEND,From the President

You are invited to participate with us in a vital mission: to advance minority youth as future scholars, professionals and communityleaders. We ask you to partner with us during 2019 to provide these under-served young people with inspiration, nurturing andinstruction in our Five Principles for Success: Character Development, Educational Excellence, Leadership Effectiveness, CommunityService and Career Achievement. With the valuable support of our sponsors, we can continue to offer, as we have over the past 41 years, experiences that encouragecollege and career success. Our values-based programs include after school and Saturday programs, workshops, academic and familycounseling and tutoring services, all at little or no cost to those served. Please review the opportunities enclosed, and consider how you might come alongside the Center for Leadership Development in ourmutual efforts to prepare minority youth for the highest level of achievement.  Yours for the development of youth,
